Shrublands Community Trust (Archive Project)

We are a small charity providing advance education and facilities for recreation for the benefit of the local inhabitants of Gorleston and the surrounding neighbourhood, at the Shrublands Youth & Adult Centre. Our archive group have researched, located and digitally recorded several thousand images of the history of our community centre since it opened way back in 1949.  These photographs, documents and various items of interest will be gradually added to this website when time permits.  We do hope that past members of the centre together with current users and local residents will find this site of great historical interest.
